Objectives:

Understand the expectations of our customers through research, surveys, collaboration and engagement. Deliver products and services that meet the requirements of resilience, low carbon construction and the circular economy

Action plan:

Customer and industry workshops; development of collaboration (BS11000); customer surveys; clear, direct communication on product and service development and innovation; development of life cycle assessments, environmental product declarations (EPDs); building information modelling (BIM) and product carbon data.

2020 targets:

To become a recognised leader in engaging with customers, suppliers, NGOs and industry bodies and developing collaborative working projects to promote sustainable products and services. Organise an annual stakeholder event for customers, suppliers, community leaders and NGOs.
