Objectives:
Embed the IMS management programme as the umbrella for all our sustainability objectives and targets and develop the system to link with other corporate functions (eg land and mineral resources and finance). Maintain certification to OHSAS18001, ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO 50001 and BES6001.

Maintain the IMS in all operations and provide a consistent framework of system, corporate and operational procedures; complete and maintain training records on the learning management system (LMS); deliver the Right first time campaign to improve product quality and customer service.

Product quality and performance
We have a national UKAS-accredited testing laboratory at Chipping Sodbury which delivers accurate and consistent analysis of concrete, aggregates and asphalt and is now providing a commercial service for external customers. Read more
